Rival criminals fight to find a fortune in cash ripped-off during a drug deal gone bad. When the stick-up artists responsible turn up dead, a bloodbath erupts as each vicious criminal makes their ruthless play to locate the money.

Notorious stick-up artists Beto and Roxanne Azul have been preying on drug dealers, gangsters, and street hustlers for years. They're known to pay top dollar to find out where the next dirty deal is so they can rip it off. Maurice, a seasoned crook, tips them off about a drug deal going down fully aware he's going to double-cross them when the time is right.

The next day word spreads quickly through the streets that two drug traffickers were murdered by the Azuls, execution style, and they got away with $700,000 in cash. This information escalates the violence between rival criminal leaders Domanic and Empire Ray as they both pursue the Azuls and the stolen drug money.

When the Azuls turn up dead and the money is not found, the streets are buzzing with a rumor the $700,000 is stashed away some place in the city. The rumor catches fire and brings some other dangerous players into the hunt for the stolen cash.

Carlos Paz, known as 'The Peaceful One', a shrewd criminal who has been trying to gain power in the city by using his ties to a Colombian cartel, joins the hunt for the money. Jimmy Black, a rockabilly hit man for the Memphis Mafia, is intent on recovering the stolen drug cash for his boss, the rightful owner.

The city explodes into a bloodbath as Domanic, Empire Ray, Maurice, Carlos Paz, and Jimmy Black go all out to find the $700,000. With no one backing down, the violence comes to a boil when the location of the stolen drug money is discovered, pitting this collection of ruthless gangsters against one another in a vicious showdown.
